CJ Construction Pros
CJ Construction Pros is a family-owned business led by Carlos Jerez, Owner, and Lucia Brito, Co-Owner. We decided to bring our experience together and build a company that allows us to share our expertise with clients in a more personal, hands-on way. Our goal is to create spaces that reflect each client’s vision, stand the test of time, and are delivered with quality, care, and attention to detail.
Carlos brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of the workmanship, planning, and execution required to complete projects successfully. Lucia brings over 15 years of experience in construction finance, including work with major general contractors in New York City such as Turner Construction, with expertise in project finance, cost accounting, and project oversight.
By combining practical construction knowledge with financial and operational expertise, we are able to offer our clients a more well-rounded and personal experience throughout every stage of a project.
